Dave A. Fogel, Vice President of Finance and Treasurer

David Fogel, CPA, joined WebGen Systems, Inc. in May 2006 as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer. He oversees all elements of the company’s continuous growth and is responsible for directing all accounting, financial and treasury functions.

Before joining WebGen Systems, Fogel served as Vice President of Finance at RNK Telecom, a VoIP services provider. He has also served as Chief Financial Officer of TVGrid.com, Core-M, Inc., and was Controller for GSI Lumonics, Inc. While at GSI Lumonics he helped develop the Life Sciences business from startup to a healthy organization that was sold for $120 million.

Fogel holds an undergraduate degree in Marketing from Miami University in Ohio, a MBA in Finance from University of Cincinnati, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He is an active participant in the Financial Executives International (FEI) and the Treasurer's Club of Boston.
