WebGen Systems named Finalist for the Cambridge Chamber of Commerce - Excellence in Business Awards

Cambridge, Mass., (April 21, 2006) – WebGen Systems, Inc., provider of advanced software for energy conservation and control in commercial buildings, announced today that it has been selected as a finalist for the Excellence in Business Awards presented by the Cambridge Chamber of Commerce.

The Cambridge Chamber of Commerce bestows the Excellence in Business Awards to companies, organizations, or individuals who have made an impact in one of six different categories. This year a total of eighteen members have been named finalists in the various categories; among them WebGen has been chosen in the Leading Edge category, which recognizes leadership and innovation in technology. Winners will be announced at the gala awards dinner on Wednesday, April 26 in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
